HDSA ILLINOIS CHAPTER

11TH  ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

The Huntington’s Disease Society of America-Illinois Chapter (HDSA) will be holding it’s 11th Annual Golf Outing on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at the Antioch Golf Course, located at Rt. 59 & Grass Lake Road, Antioch, Illinois.

Grab your buddies, make a foursome, and join us for a day of relaxation and fun!  Proceeds from the day’s event will be used for research, education and family services for families who are living with Huntington’s Disease (HD).

Huntington's Disease (HD) is a neurological disorder not only affecting the person diagnosed with HD, but their entire family as well. Over 30,000 people in the United States are currently diagnosed with Huntington's Disease and each of their siblings and children have a 50% risk of developing this disease. HD is a family disease, not just because it is inherited, but because it profoundly affects the entire family emotionally, socially and financially.

If you need more information about Huntington's Disease and/or services available to you, please contact: The Illinois Chapter of HDSA at 630-443-9876.
