10th Annual Illinois Chapter HDSA Golf Outting

All event proceeds will benefit the Illinois Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America

in its efforts to raise funds for research, family services and education to help families afflicted with this devastating illness that is Huntington's Disease.

We hope you will help this year in making our event a success! Your support will allow us to continue helping HD patients and their families throughout the state. We're counting on you for a record turn-out of family and friends--

COURSE RULES...THERE'S GOTTA BE RULES!!!

1. Each player is required to have his or her own clubs.

2. No spectators on course. Paying customers only.

3. Proper attire required: NO TANK TOPS or BATHING SUITS

4. Footwear: Soft spikes or athletic shoes (NO METAL SPIKES)
