SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The 10th Annual Illinois-HDSA Golf Outing will be held on
August 7, 2011. We cannot do it without the help of many friends. Perhaps you have a business or know of a business
that would like to help us in some way. Here's your chance! We are looking for sponsors who would be willing to
make a donation of cash or gifts for our door prizes. Below are the ways a business or friend of HDSA may help.
SUPER HOLE SPONSOR: $400.00 Donation--Your
business name, address, and phone number will be listed in the golf program, in our Fall Newsletter, and on a sign in
the tee area. This also includes 18 holes of golf for two persons and dinner for two persons.
HOLE SPONSOR: $250.00 Donation--Your
business name, address, and phone number will be listed in the golf program, in our Fall Newsletter, and on a sign in
the tee area.
SPONSOR: $150.00 Donation--Your
business name, address, and phone number will be listed in the golf program, in our Fall Newsletter.
Of course, donations in ANY amount are greatly appreciated!
All business sponsors will be listed on this website and will
be hot-linked back to the business sponsor's website for a full year!!
